Experience
Entertainment Industry
Xavier began his entertainment career at Televisa, where he was involved in TV shows and telenovelas within the Latin American market.
At Netflix, Xavier led the international expansion and redefined the launch of local originals before transitioning to a global originals role. In this capacity, he worked on campaigns for notable series such as Stranger Things, Black Mirror, House of Cards, Birdbox, Umbrella Academy, and Orange is the New Black, among many others.
In his current role at The Walt Disney Company, Xavier oversees the 360 global campaign for Hulu Originals, leading shows like The Handmaid’s Tale, Only Murders in the Building, and Paradise, among many others.
Marketing, Social and International
With over 20 years of experience in marketing and social media, Xavier possesses an in-depth understanding of user experience, demand chain, analytics, ROI, and executive communications.
In the realm of social media, Xavier has successfully led a team in launching a full brand (Amazon) into a new region, while also overseeing the creative and strategy for social handles on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
His extensive experience in international territories has enabled him to craft cohesive global campaigns and adapt strategies and communications to each region, including EMEA, LATAM, APAC, and CA.
Activations and Experiences
Xavier executive produced after shows for "Only Murders in the Building: One Killer Question" and live experiences such as the haunted house for Stranger Things at Six Flags.
He has also partnered with influencers and events agencies to bring consumer-facing activations to life, managing budgets, KPIs, event layouts, rollout plans, and execution.
Xavier's focus is on increasing the ROI of physical activations through a digital and mobile-first approach.
Winner of the Emmy® in 2024 for the Only Murders in the Building aftershow "One Killer Question," Xavier executive produced the show, leading the conceptualization, ideation and distribution strategy.
Xavier has also won several awards, including PGA, Clios, GEMA, and IAB.
